01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 368phwin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 368phwin website, mobile application, and all associated gaming and betting services.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. 368phwin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 368phwin services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 368phwin at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 368phwin reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending or historical winnings derived from those accounts.

• You must keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your 368phwin account.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• You must notify 368phwin immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

368phwin reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or where suspicious activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification process and to provide supporting documentation as requested.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 368phwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 368phwin supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 368phwin's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your 368phwin account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 368phwin does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, PayMaya) are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days.
• 368phwin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

368phwin reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, 368phwin may be required to report the matter to relevant Philippine authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

05 Bonuses & Promotions

368phwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all 368phwin bonuses and promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 368phwin reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 368phwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are published on the relevant game or betting pages of the 368phwin platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all 368phwin markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 368phwin does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under the applicable market rules.
• Bets placed on events that have already commenced or concluded prior to the bet being placed will be void.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, 368phwin reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by 368phwin at any time.
• 368phwin reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed, unless the bet is subject to in-play price changes as disclosed in the relevant market rules.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 368phwin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using 368phwin to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the 368phwin platform without prior written authorisation.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage Gaming: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to 368phwin by a person under 21.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after funds have been used for gaming activity on 368phwin.
• Abusive Behaviour: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 368phwin staff or other players.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 368phwin platform — including but not limited to the 368phwin brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of 368phwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 368phwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 368phwin content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 368phwin content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any 368phwin software or application.

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the 368phwin platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• You have failed to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would entitle 368phwin to forfeit such funds.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
